EVERYTHING AS NORMAL

nice dollWithin a week of the nightmare, terror and obscenity of the Nice attack it is all but forgotten, rarely mentioned by the media or anyone else. We are in the midst of a new form of normalisation, a brave new progressive World where Islamic terror is a weekly (and often daily) event. Ask the average person what, where or when was the last act of terror and you are likely to be met with a blank stare, and so it is with the events in Nice. The words ” never again ” are never used today because we know full well that it is going to happen again and again, and it seems that there is nothing we can do about it anyway.

Inevitably it has been revealed to us that the terrorist who brutally murdered 84 men, women and children and injured a further 308, Mohamed Lahouaiej – Bouhlel wasn’t a “real Muslim”. We are told that he ate pork, drank alcohol, took drugs, beat his wife, didn’t pray or attend a Mosque, suffered from depression and probably had mental problems. Clearly he was the real victim then, poor man! Nothing to do with Islam, is it ever?

The BBC suggests that the most important problem surrounding the events in Nice is that the ” Far Right” will gain most from the mass murder and that there might be a backlash against innocent Muslims in the area. The BBC’s criteria for being “Far Right” of course, is anyone who speaks out against the Global genocide which is being carried out methodically in the name of Allah.

No one gets angry any more because our Christian elites demand that we live by our own brand of Christian fundamentalism; we must love our enemies as we hate ourselves.. Short-termism has crept into every facet of our lives, including our own survival on this Planet. We see the barbaric acts which are enacted weekly in little snippets of one-of incidents which are forgotten as fast as they happen. Todays atrocity is tomorrows history, in the past and nothing to worry about.

nice flowersThe next slaughter of innocents will happen very soon, we know it like we know the sun will rise every morning. Whether we live in France, Belgium, Britain, Spain, India, the US or anywhere else, all we will do is hope that it doesn’t happen to us. A naïve and pathetic hope since it is inevitable. Islamic Terror and murder is now so “normal” that it follows a painfully familiar path. Floral shrines to the dead are already being set up to absorb and relieve us of guilt. Only the victims and their families pay the price. As soon as the flowers wilt and the candles burn out the rest of us will move on, occasionally glancing back at the history of last week, shackled by political correctness and a perceived need for appeasement, and so the cycle of normalisation and blind acceptance goes on. ” An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last.”   Winston S Churchill.
